El-Rufai Must Go: Obasanjo Apologizes, but Senate Insists on N19 Million Refund from Rufai
The simmering face-off between the Senate and Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, boiled and frothed over again Tuesday as angry senators unanimously adopted a motion requesting President Olusegun Obasanjo to relieve the minister of his post within 48 hours, or force them to adjourn plenary sessions indefinitely. El-Rufai reportedly referred to the senators as fools while reacting to a senate instruction directing him to sack his two... (The Sun)
